Current students (effective 7/1/07)

Current students with questions about their grades should contact their teacher or their counselor.

There are three ways you can request a transcript:

1. Go to the NHHS Counseling Office in person. The office is open from 8:00am to 3:30pm year round.

2. Send a written request via US Mail to the school with your signature.

3. Fax a written request with your signature to the Counseling Office at 818-508-7124.

Mailed or faxed requests must include signature and student birth date.

Only unofficial copies of transcripts will be given or sent directly to students or their parents.  Official copies will only be mailed to institutions.

Parents may request transcripts only for students under the age of 18.

There is no charge for single copies of unofficial transcripts for current students.  NHHS will send TWO official transcripts to institutions without charge.  There is a $5.00 fee for each official transcript beyond two.  NHHS will also send a final transcript to an educational institution without charge for graduating students.

Graduated within the last 5 years (now in effect)

It is best to call the NHHS Counseling Office at 818-753-6200 first to see if the school still has your records. If the records are still at NHHS, follow the directions above.
