Parent Conference Night
North Hollywood High School will host a parent conference night on Thursday, March 18 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. Parents are invited to attend and use this opportunity to speak to their child's teachers. The Zoo Magnet will have it's parent conference night on Thursday, March 25 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm with a Parent Council meeting immediately following.
Science Olympiad - 1st place in LA County
The NHHS Science Olympiad team won 1st place in the LA County Science Olympiad on Saturday, March 6 at CSULA. Next stop: State finals at CSULB April 10.
Duke Moot Court Win!
NHHS placed 1st at the National Duke Moot Court Competition in North Carolina on February 28, 2010! Congratulations!
NHHS teams 1st & 3rd in LADWP Science Bowl
NH has placed first in the LADWP Science Bowl every year since 1998. Our winning team on February 28 will compete in the US Department of Energy National Science Bowl in April.
NH again among the top public High Schools in the Nation according to Newsweek!
Newsweek Magazine has yet again rated NHHS as one of the top public high schools in the nation! This year we were the 478th ranked public High School in the United States.
